When being filmed, the previous three laws are exempt.

Vin sits on his tusch until a force acts on him or he runs after bad guys until he gets body slammed.
When he accelerates while running from a standing start, the force needed is directly proportional to his mass (can’t you tell?)
When the bad guys push him, he pushes back…if he pushes less than they, they hit him…if he pushes more, he hits them.
